We offer a 90-Day "No Questions Asked" Guarantee on every lamp we sell. We have no re-stocking fees, obstacles or hoops to jump through in order for you to receive a full refund or an exchange.

Our guarantee commences on the day you purchase your projector lamp. If you have purchased your projector lamp in the past 90 days then simply email us or call the number at the top of the screen.

We will provide you with an RMA form and instructions on how to send your projector lamp back to us.

In the unlikely event that you projector lamp has expired just after the guarantee runs out, we recommend that you contact us as we empathize with your situation may still be able to assist you in some manner.
